    Then I assume that there's no further updates?

    So decisions decisions, FamilyOfMonkeys NZ amended, Delia worldwide, or Hosebergine's 'easy as'?

    Thought you were the ambassador for all things Yorkie...!!!

    Basically YP is made from the same batter as pancakes - the most important thing is to get the oven, pan and fat VERY hot before putting in the batter, straight in the oven and then dont open the door to peep (glass door very useful here :-) Because the oven needs to be very hot the YP's are cooked after the meat (whilst its resting and being cut)

    I hail from the place that Aunt Bessie had her home kitchen (read massive factory), so it was patriotic to buy her ready made ones. That's my excuse and that's what I'm sticking to!

    Cheers peeps, was just the adjustments for 'over here'. I remembered the strong flour debate, but if I just stick with Delia then I should be OK.

    I must admit, I've not made any yorkshire puds for ages

    But the weather is definitely getting colder and comfort food is becoming more appealing by the day
