    Default importing lpg car

    Our car is an LPG does anyone know of any problems because of this when we import it?

    email wally.gee@aa.co.nz as he's the guru on all cat import queries.

    I'd also check that you can get LPG in the area you're planning to live. Won't be a problem in the main areas, but may not be available in some more rural areas.

    Of course I was referrring to the speifics of haw the LPG system would interact with the type approval process and possible emissions from the exhaust, including the catalytic converter.


    Or was a typo. Believe whichever.

    thanks, not sure about the cat but will email about the car, however I do want to bring my cat too, thats a whole new thread though, right?

    Tha Cat won't need to be type approved or checked for rust.
