    Default House being valued tomorrow!

I am quite excited, that the first step in the right direction is we are getting our house valued tomorrow!
We have been trying to tidy up and declutter, but what we really need is about a hundred car boot sales/charity shop/rubbish dump runs to free up some space!
    Busy times ahead methinks....

Good luck! We're also in desperate need of a declutter - let's hope the bootsale-ing turns into a money spinner

Is it too late to chuck it all in a storage shed and get rid of it later?

It doesn't look too bad now, and I did pre-warn the agent we are still tying up loose ends and jobs etc!
Now it's a case of wait and see!

If you want to de-clutter your house without lifting a finger, then watch the U.S. television program, 'Hoarders'. OMG. I saw it last night for the first time.

It's reality tv - real people with houses so full of junk, rubbish and stuff that you can't walk through the homes. My house looked amazingly clean and uncluttered after watching the program.
