    Default Expedited Work Visa?

    Has anyone else gotten a work visa expedited? How long did it take?


    My husband got a job offer 6 weeks ago and we have to be in Auckland for his job at the end of June.


    We were waiting for our residency decision, per advise from our immigration adviser, as we turned in our paperwork last December.


    It is being held up by a verification process however and we just applied for a work visa.


    Our adviser asked for an expedited visa since we have to be there so soon.

    Got the Visa from the DC office in one week!
