Hi Everyone,

Only been in country a few weeks (AKL), really loving it all. One lesson we have already learned is in regards to cheap mixers, and blenders imported from China. Neither lasted more than 5 mins. You get what you pay for.

Where do we go for well made fairly priced small kitchen appliances in Auckland ?

Hi we get all our appliances from briscoes, never had any problems with them but only go there when they have a sale on which is very regular. Look here for your nearest store

Thx, Briscoe's is where we went & found a hand mixer @ 20% off.

Harvey Norman appears to be a good source too.

I tend to use Briscoes, Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming as they are all next door to each other in Pukekohe. I make most purchases from Noel Leeming, and they are open to negotiation.
