Pleased for mr and mrs Manks!

Let's hope it sails through to exchange of contracts smoothly and quickly with no late claims for mega reductions.

Then those of us with our cash in the UK needed to buy a house in NZ -let's hope the £ goes up to $2.25 before the end of the year!! well we can dream

Thanks all. Got a motivated purchaser who has been messed around on buying another house so wanted to go into a much less complicated chain. We are the answer to her prayers They want to move quickly - motivated by school catchment - so we're hoping for completion on 12 October - which is my legal responsibility to my tenants. Everyone apparently happy with that outcome (except potentially the tenants!).
