    Default the reassessment of education

    Hello

I've been really delighted to see that there's such forum that gives such details about new Zealand immigration, and i've been reading online stuff for quite long time till i made my mind and i went to Hq in Singapore and they handed me the “self-assessment Guide for residence in new zealand” and it was extremely handy and it has lots of information that i wanted to know and it guided me to the website “ www.immigration.govt.nz” and when i visited that site i found the points indicator and i followed it and but it was a bit vague because the points i got from the “self-assessment”

Now the Questions that i want to ask are
Will you need to have your Bachelor degree reassessed while you have master degree?

I have loads of questions but this one as a start as i go further in the self-assessment details
    thanks everybody
and any help shall be much appreciate it

If you go through the IQA (international qualifications assessment) with NZQA you will submit your bachelor's degree and your master's degree together for assessment.

    Does that answer your question?

Well i to file an EOI "An expression of interest" and from what i've noticed through the EOI they ask only about the degree that i got which in this case the MS.c, and if i needed to hand both of my bachelor and my Ms.c will i got both points the 60 for MS.c and the (50, 55 i don't really recall the exact number) for bachelor?

sorry if wrote to much but i'm a bit confused

and thanks so much for answering me

You will only get points for your highest level degree - so 60 points for your masters. You need to include your bachelors on your EOI but you will not get additional points for it. If you are able to fill out the EOI online it counts up your points for you and shows what the totals will be.

So far I've taken the approach to include everything I can. In my own EOI I included my bachelors and masters.

Please include all possible degrees/diplomas that you hold. You will get points for the highest qualification that you hold as Azkateaz mentioned. At the same time, it is important that your bachelors degree (even if you hold higher qualification) is recognized by NZQA for the points to take effect.

Please refer to some of the earlier threads on the related lines. Hope you would find your answers in them.

Is this true Stramn? In my EOI I submitted only my master's qualification which is recognized. However my bachelor's may not be. I have received my ITA now. Does anyone have any say in this?
