Got the job with Silver Fern visa

Hi all,

I'm so happy that after couple of Skype interviews during past couple of weeks I was able to nab a full time IT job with my Silver Fern visa. I reached NZ last week and started looking for permanent accommodation before the given appointment date. My PR application is pending at Beijing branch since May and looking forward to update them with current status.

I wish all the very best to Siver Fern, WTR, PR guys and girls who seeking jobs..

Thanks J&M and everybody for all helpful tips in lodging the application! I'll continue to post here whenever time permits! these days running around (getting used to the chill is a major challenge as I'm from a warm, humid tropic!!!)

BTW looking for accommodation in North Shore (I know this is hard! and most economical ones go quickly) need to find a place closer to Takapuna & prefer Hillcrest. Looked through Gumtree, trademe still no luck Any help would be really appreciated as I have to start work from Monday!!!! and would be in deep trouble if I do not find a place quickly!

@Zemien, @lilKiwi :Hey guys, hope you're doing great. Can you also help me with all tips required to acquire job, I'm also travelling on SFJ Visa and reaching NZ end of this month. I'm trying if I can get some Skype interviews arranged before I travel. @lilKiwi - Please suggest what all things you did etc. I'm also looking for IT Job.
