Title says it all, 4 years ago was desperately staving off jetlag in Jo 100's flat and looking forward to our adventure.
Well the adventure continues and we're happy as our pigs were in the post snow mud last week .

September 4 th 2010 changing our life and City for ever and whole new words entered out vocab, liquefaction for one and Munted for another.
To be honest if we were still living in Parklands we'd of seriously thought about returning to UK but having made the move to out here , nope no way. Driving around my customers is a bit of a mission at times and I'm sure my back is sorer for the bumpier roads but onwards and upwards , the re build looks exciting.
Our good friends Jim and Karen headed back to UK and we miss them, but Jim has vowed to return in 10 years to see how the city has grown. His lasting legacy for us has been his Brownie and potato wedges recipes Good on ya mate .
Had second trip back to UK and we'll probably go back every two years to keep up with the Grandchildren and children .
What's on the agenda for the next year?
Visits from Clare's Mum for 8 weeks and my brother and SIL for 2-3 weeks in Feb next year.
A desire to get to OZ for a holiday.
Also looking forward to RWC, which is going to mean a lot of travellng due to relocated games from Chch. Many thanks to Ralf-nz , Manks and Kiwibarkers for offering to put us up whilst in their locale . My nephew is also over for the RWC so will also be good to spend some time with him on the ski fields and golf course.
Talking of which both Clare and I are on our clubs committee, closer parking to club house and I have got my handicap down.
Work continues sorting out our garden and hope to do better on the veggy front this year. Now fully self sufficient in the meat department and Clare's cheese making goes from strength to strength.
That's it for now, see you in a year when we'll be going for citizenship
