    Payment and VAT
Payment for products and delivery services is to be made in pounds Sterling. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay us for products, or JL Delivery Ltd for the delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale. Find out about payment options.
So as well as the £15 charge, they also screw you for 20% that they aren't paying VAT on. Nice.

Yep Duncan, not forgetting the premium prices JL charge for everything too!!

I suppose much depends on the weight and volume of what you're buying. The website approach might be worth it for heavy or bulky items of relatively low value otherwise it's probably better to go through JL's specialist export service if you feel the need for JL labels on your purchases.

yay i am soo excited!! struggling to find nice quality bedding & towels in NZ so you have solved my problem. Will just have to look out now for a free international delivery day. Regarding the VAT thing most UK companies seem to do the same, I am currently in a email discussion with Topshop as they say they dont charge UK vat but the extra 20% is a 'delivery charge' extra to the actual delivery charge. I dont know how these companies get away with it!! (Sorry rant over)
I just need boots to start doing international delivery & my life will be complete!!

Just a thought - have you bought beds in NZ? As if so, check the size against what standard UK bedding sizes are.

Yes I have researched this fully, NZ queen is the same size as UK king so I can still have my lovely orla kiely duvet on our spare bed. Thou no such luck for the super king, rubbish NZ covers for that one. Any suggestions for an equavalient in NZ? JL quality?

According to the chart I found, it does exist in NZ, but that still doesn't tell you where.

NZ Name -- Imperial -------- Metric ------ UK equivalent
    Single --- 3’0” x 6’2” ---- 92 x 188 cm --- Single

    Single Extra Long-3’0” x 6’8”--92 x 203 cm - (-)

    King Single - 3’6” x 6’8” -- 107 x 203 cm -- (-)

    Double --- 4'6" x 6’2” --- 138 x 188 cm --- Double

    Queen ---- 5’0” x 6’8” --- 153 x 203 cm --- King

    King ------ 5’6” x 6’8” ---- 167 x 203 cm -- (-)

    Super King or 6ft King - 6’0” x 6’8” - 183 x 203 cm - Super King
