Huh?
I have to buy official council rubbish bags for the council to take away my rubbish. Bag says no more than 15kg, so I put one out 14.5kg. They left it with a sticker saying too heavy. So I phoned the council and the woman asked me if there was anything heavy in it. I said yup 14.5kg of rubbish. She said but was there something heavy in it? I said 14.5kg of cotton wool or one 14.5kg rock would still be 14.5kg. She said but was there something in it that was heavy.............I said just 14.5kg of rubbish, so then she asked was the rubbish bag filled up to the top, I said no, it was about 3/4 full. She said, ahhhh that might be why!
