    Question What does my CO's email means exactly?

    Hi, everyone

    I got WTR(9 months) under SMC last July and started working at the 1st of August and have sent my CO the requested ducuments in September. But, there has been no news from my CO for 7 weeks, so I sent an email to my CO last week to check the timeframe. And I got an reply today.
    She said that she tried to work through my file last week, but there has been a small delay and she will be prioritising it this week.

    I am not sure what 'working through my file' means exactly.
    Does it mean that she will check my file to give me the final decision, or just browse it to give me a clearer timeframe?

    Please give me any hints.

    I didn't have any message from my CO.
    I thought she would send a message last week after working through my file.
    Anyway, I sent an email to her today.
