    Hi Jacqi,

Thank you for the reply. I am looking furnished accommodation, the short term I was talking about is about 6 months not very short term like 2-3 months.

Any good place for recommendation and any suburb should I avoid?

    Cheers

I'll DM you the email address of the landlord we rented off when we first got here. They have several furnished apartments and something may be available when you're due to arrive. Most of them are central Welly too. Then you're only 10-15 mins from the hospital anyway.

If you want to be closer to the hospital, you need to live around Mt Cook, Mt Vic, Newton, Haitaitai or Kilbirne. All good suburbs - but then there's not really a bad suburb in Welly.

    Hi,
Are you set for your accommodation? I have a rental property that is available for the period of 15 Jan through to a max of mid-Dec. It is a very big, furnished townhouse with harbour views, just a block below Victoria University and one street up from The Terrace; three bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, huge office/playroom/4th bdrm. Let me know
