IQA sent to Postal or Courier address?

This is unclear. There are two addresses here where it says that the application should be sent to. What I am assuming here is that the postal address is the one one sends the application to. And if one includes one's own courier bag then one sends it to courier address. So if I just paid the extra for them to courier the documents back to me, then I send it to the postal address. I may be wrong. Please advise.

Usually postal address is the one where postman simply drops a letter without need of any signature while courier address is the one where shipment is delivered with a signature.
