Have you tried to register with Air NZ? Recently I came across some of their requirement specifically towards Cargo management.

But I did come across a few positions in my field (IT), but am not sure if they are open to receive applications from applicants who are not in NZ but their SMC application has been filed and the processing is set to roll.
