Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Auckland

In New Zealand more often referred to as a PQS or professional quantity surveyor. Have a client looking for an Estimator (Commercial projects ) and an Engineering services estimator (Mechanical & Electrical Projects).
As the clients representative you inspire confidence and capability. You have excellent communication skills and can provide expert advice, looking after the best interests of your client.

With several years experience in a consulting practice as a Professional Quantity Surveyor ( PQS ) you can show;
• Relevant industry qualifications (BConst, BE Civil, BEng etc)
• An advantage would be an understanding of NZS:3910 and 3604
• Very good organisational & Time Management Skills
• Advanced Cost Control skills
• Ability to manage risk for your client
• Proven ability to Manage Multiple Projects
• A strong attention to detail
You will be working across a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential and industrial mainly in the Auckland region although the company does have a number of projects nationally.
