Buying a house - Northsore Browns Bay/Torbay - Building inspector recommendations

We live Brownsbay/torbay area so anywhere local to there would be great.

We have been looking at buying a house on the shore too -

one of the building inspectors recommended to us by a colleague is http://www.alliedhouseinspections.co.nz.

Unfortunately, we have not proceeded far enough with a house purchase yet to give you a recommendation from experience.

Realsure were recommended by another colleague (http://www.realsure.co.nz/) - he used them twice and both times the building report put them off buying the house.
