Documents for Work to Residence Visa - are these docs enough ?

Hi, I am about to apply for Work to Resdidence visa from India. I have prepared the following list of docuuments. Please let me know if this is enough.

1.**** Filled-up, checked & signed VISA Application Form (INZ 1015)

2.**** Original Passport with two photo-copies

3.**** Filled-up, checked & signed Supplementary Information accompanying VISA Application

4.**** Offer of Employment from accredited employer (Photocopies Verified and Attested by Gazetted Officer)

5. Proof of previous work exp. and present pay slips (Photocopies Verified and Attested by Gazetted Officer)

6. Proof of educational qualification (certificates and marksheets)

7. Demand Draft favouring Immigration NZ

8. Cover letter and CV

9. Medical & X-ray reports

10. Police certificate

11. Bank a/c statements and ITR

To go with number 4 it may be worth printing off the fact from the INZ website that your future employer is accredited. They almost sent mine back as they couldn't find my employer on their list at first.
