    Default CV question

So I am updating my CV and have noticed that some CVs state 'NZ Resident' under the banner name of the applicant- this presumably helps identify that the applicant is free to work in NZ.

Now- as I am currently here (in UK) and am sending out my CV, should I put this under my name too (i.e. NZ Resident)? or should I put 'NZ Residency status granted' or something else?

I don't want someone to reject my applications out of hand because it is not obvious I have the right to work in NZ.

    Ta,

    Eliot

What about 'NZ Resident visa approved, arriving in NZ (x date)'? ('NZ Resident' sounds as if you're living there already, which is misleading.)

I'd mention it in the cover letter for now and only put it on the CV itself as soon as you are here.
