Visa descision status for a Job Search Visa

Hello!

Can someone please tell me what the status of 'Decision' will change to if you are granted a Job Search Visa (or WTR), from 'Pending' ? I am referring to Job Search Visa, No:6 under this page:

residence application will become "pending" then another entry for work visa will appear with status "approved"

From what other people have said, if they see by Residence application 'Approved' with no other mention on no more lines, that indicates that Residence has been decided upon. Job Search will be indicated as previous poster says, with 'Work visa' appearing, and 'Approved' by that.
