Work Visa - no education/Work experience

Hello All
My qualification/Work exp is present in NZ long term shortage list. I dont have any NZ education/Work exp neither do i have a NZ visa.
All I have is an accepted EOI. Is there any way i can start approaching NZ employers? I can see many in the forum mentioning about Interview dates, Job offers etc. I wonder how its possible when one is not in NZ and to apply for a Job we need a visa first and without a Visa no employers are ready to look into our CV.
Chicken and egg situation.
