Are the expiry dates for Police Certificates date inclusive?

Hi there,

I'm planning to submit my residency appliction this week, but there's been some delays (i..e getting work references from the UK) and I'm not sure when my police certificate will expire and it's going to be very close.

Basically the start date of the police certificate was the 6th Dec 2011. So, does it expire on the 5th or 6th of June?

Any help with this would be great. I'm hoping it's the 6th as that'll give me time to quickly get last minute things together!

In similar circumstances my CO mentioned the date was inclusive though she also suggested that I apply for new Police Clearance if timeline was that close (in the end I fell 2 days short so applied for new one to be on the safe side)

Thanks for the information. I've checked with the immigration hotline people and I can submit my application tomorrow (phew!!!), so the police certificate is valid from the 6th Dec to the 6th June, which is very handy
