CO assigned?

Few weeks ago, I received a mail from Shanghai branch where I sent my ITA documents.
What I wonder is whether she(Frances Wu) is my CO or not.
I don't know exactly!!
Please give your precious opinion.

We are writing with regard to your application for a Skilled Migrant visa which was accepted for consideration on 06 April 2012.

I wish to advise you that I am the officer assigned to manage your application.

Please provide evidence that you and your partenr have been livign together over 12 months and mail these documents to this office no later than 15 June 2012.

Yes, this email is telling you that she is your Case Officer.

She was our CO too initially, very friendly and cordial. I wonder if she would receive spam through automated bots as her mail id is in public forum
