Hi there. Have you done your test yet? If not, I don't know the route but this site has some tips and mentions Penrose:

I used them for a mock test before my Full a few weeks ago on the North Shore and it was extremely helpful! The instructor gave me some things to work on and sent me the test routes.

Possibly your only solution. But there are several routes and the testers tend to do as they want depending on the time of day and traffic and your level of competency when driving.

It's a case of more, "turn left at the next junction, or take a right at the circus,"........ than rather say "follow Test 2" route.
