WANTED: Tauranga room for one female for one month mid Nov to mid Dec

I'm planning on moving to Tauranga (from Australia) in November.

I'll first have a couple of weeks in the Far North, and then will be looking for a long term rental (and a car) in the Tauranga area. While looking, I'd like somewhere to stay for a month, and paying the nightly rates of baches or B&Bs is outside of my budget.

I'm open to my month stay being a room or a 1 or 2 bedroom house. Not wanting to pay more than $350 a week.

I'm also flexible on the duration. Two weeks or six weeks... open to suggestions/offers/pointers.

Holiday Houses owners are often open to negotiation on long term rentals - just as an idea this one below - but that was just a search on Tauranga, not looking in the areas within a 15-20 minute drive which would give you more scope.
