Default E-Statement - Will this be considered a valid document?

    Hello All,

Im new here. Im currently applying for SFV.. Just wanted to ask if its ok to submit an e-statement as evidence of the equivalent NZ$4200 for maintenance instead of a bank statement personally issued by the bank.

    Appreciate your feedback.

    Thanks!

    Hi There,

Yes, you can do that provided the e-statement hold your name ( same as in travel document ) and address.

Make sure the account no is visible as well. Hope it helps

    Cheers

When I have sent in an e-statement INZ have asked that the bank stamp & certify that it is accurate/original.
As it is easier to forge a print out, INZ have been more cautious on authenticity.
