Default How to Verify Medical Reports are complete in All respects

    Hello All
I have completed my Medicals and will be going to collect it from the Panel doctor this week end. Based on your experience can valuable members please advice what all i should check in the reports to ensure that its as per INZ expectations. I read from the forum that many times the forms are not initialized by the Physician, All reports not attached etc. Can i get some pointers to double check my reports so that I need not go to the doctor again to get it corrected and avoid re-work. My Kid is 2.5 yr old. I could see that there was hardly any test done for him

It is the responsibility of the panel doctor to make sure that the medical form is complete in all respects. You should confirm with doctor, if you have any abnormal test results and try to get specialist's opinion for such results, to be attached with the medicals in the first go. For example, I had abnormal liver test results and the panel doctor in Bangalore,India sent me to obtain a specialist's written opinion for the condition. This written opinion went with my other documents to INZ. This approach usually saves time, as NZ MA would have all data required to assess your case. Another thing to look for is the experience of panel doctor in handling immigration medicals. If he is experienced enough (like in my case), he would be able to guide you properly.
