A question for those that work in the health care sector?

Hi people, I have an interview for a care home in Wellington and trying to do my home work but can't find a lot on google....i'm trying to find what nz's equivalent is to CQC (care quality commission) and the like? If anyone could give me some pointers that'd be great

I don't know anything about that. But I've seen people going into NZ nursing talk about the need for cultural awareness, and therefore, sensitivity to (particularly Maori) taboos and customs. Apparently, there are courses periodically for existing staff, but if you research, and mention some prior knowledge, that ought to help.
