    Post Police Clearance Letter Query for Singapore and Malaysia

    Hello guys, I have been working more than 2 yrs in KL, Malaysia and before that I was in Singapore studying my master for 1 year.

    For Singapore
    I came to know from forum and from the website that they have stopped issuing Certificate Of Clearance (COC) to non Singaporeans.
    http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/coc_notice.htm (Is this proof enough to INZ)

    For Malaysian
    They have their e-konsular site to apply for Certificate of Good Conduct.
    http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/online

    Malaysian Certificate take more than 1 month or sometimes 2 months to issue certificate. (As information given on their website), which is quite a long period, any expats on this forum from Malaysia have been into this situation. {Is there any alternative to this or fast track processing fees}

    If I am unable to submit my ITA during the last date of submission for genuine reason like PCC is still pending with the issuing dept and can give proof for the the delay does INZ consider the case and grant me extension for ITA submission, Or whatever documents I have gathered I can submit it (incomplete ITA submission) and wait for INZ to reply me back.

    Or do I have to resubmit my EOI again? and also anyone can share his point of view on Singapore COC letter no issued by authority is that link good enough for INZ.

    I requested ITA submission extension and was granted a month extension, no more further extension. I cited my being overseas as my reason and can not gather all the documents needed before the deadline.

    As for the certificate of good conduct, i think it may take longer cause of the Hari Raya.

    Singapore does not give COC (Certificate of Clearance) to non Singaporeans, so I have to apply statutory declaration.
    Who will give me the format of statutory declaration. Does any have a format. Which I have to sign it at Singapore Embassy (in KL) in front of the officer right? and then submit to INZ for processing.
    Is that correct? Can anyone guide me please?

    Hi All
    Is it true that if I give Statutory Declaration signed by Commissioner of oath and submit at Foreign Ministry(Malaysia Putrajaya Office) for (Certificate of Good Conduct), will I get the certificate on same day or the following day?
