SFV Fee payment Issue.. Credit card or Visa Card

As per my CO, i have to provide credit card authorization form my SFV fee payment.

But i have no credit card and I have debit VISA card and already made my all payments via VISA card.

Please guide me if i will provide VISA card detail, Will be there any issue.

Ist my SFV accepted then rejected then again accepted. In ist case i have made my payment via VISA but now they are asking for credit card detail and photocopy of credit card.

I think VISA card will be just fine - payment is cleared via similar channel (for VISA and Credit card)

but CO of dubai brach reply me "A visa credit card is acceptable but not a debit card"

but my debit card is also VISA but CO is unable to understand my query. :-(

Strange because I remember paying by Visa Debit card, just 16 digit card no., expiry date and security code - perhaps some of the banks do not authorize international payment (by default) and for this reason your CO might be asking for credit card. Just ask any of your friends card if that helps.
