    Post PR or Work Visa?

    After ITA received from INZ,
does this mean a person will surely get PR in future? or he might get work visa instead of PR considering his all documents are correct as per INZ and Interview went well with CO. Please share some info on this? Thanks.

If you have the ITA, then you should continue with the route to Residence. Obviously I can't tell you if you will succeed, only INZ can. You won't get a work visa without a job to go to, but if you have Residence then it will be a LOT easier for you to get a job, and you won't be tied to an employer.

Considering all documents are correct and intw. went well you will defn. get a residence visa . If all documents are correct and intw didnt go well you will get a nine months "JOB SEARCH VISA"
Per INZ website, if you get a job search visa
    A Job Search visa
If you have been offered a job search visa, there are certain things you have to do.

Within three months of the offer, you must return your application form for the job search visa.
You must show us that you are able to support yourself in New Zealand. This means NZ$1000 for each month, or NZ$400 each month if your accommodation has been paid for.
You will also have to show that you have the money available to purchase tickets to your home country should you have to leave New Zealand.
If you are out of New Zealand, you will get a job search visa with travel conditions allowing you to travel to New Zealand within three months. On arrival, or if you are already in New Zealand, you will be granted a further work visa for nine months.

Getting the ITA means that an initial assessment of your application to emigrate as a skilled migrant. Submitting the ITA involves a few things:

    1. Updating and amending the EOI information, ensuring everthing is precisely accurate (like job start and end dates)
    2. Providing the documentation required to support your claims related to education, work experience, character (criminal record) and health (medical exam)
    3. Any qualification assessments required
    4. Paying a LOT more money (almost NZD2,000.00)

All of these together demonstrate you're serious about emigrating, since it's a lot of work. What can derail your application is not being able to document what you claimed on your EOI, or something comes up in your medical. But overall it's a very transparent process.

    Good luck!
