Error message when fill up EOI form through online

Hi,

When I am going to submit my recognised work experience (G1) especially when explaining why my work experience should be recognised, found the attached error message after click next button.

Is there anyone experienced with this problem?

Please help to come out from this problem.

It seems you entered invalid character which is not part of English.

If you send me the text, maybe I can help. But I guess you used illegal character for single quote or double quotes, because these characters have special meaning in computer programs, and maybe programmer for this system didn't handle it correctly.

Try to replace word like (don’t) with (do not), or replace “word" with (word), or even delete these special characters at all, and try again.
