Bank Draft...What bank in Philippines, any suggestions?

Hi

Been searching the forum and the web on what bank issues bank draft here... I know that most of the big banks here do issue them but do you guys have any suggestions?

- lower processing fees (or is it standard to have $20 (usd))
- no need to open an account for issuing the bdraft
- no major issues encountered specially when INZ receives the draft.

Other banks requires an account with them before they can issue one...

For my application, I used BPI (Bank of the Philippines Island) to issues bank draft. They can give the calculation based on that day's exchange rate + another fee (forgot how much) for every 5USD (i think), better check with them. They will usually say you need a USD account with the bank, but is not an absolute rule, just let them know you need to it immediately for for your immigration processing and they should be able to to help you out.

Oh and make sure you give the correct "Payable to:" as stated in the instruction you got from NZ immigration.
