Suggestion for recruiter for CEO/COO/CIO exec level jobs

Hi,

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good reputable recruiter who handles upper level positions such as COO, CEO, or CIO type situations? My husband needs to start considering his employment options in NZ before we make any final decisions about a move. We are just starting the process.

Are there any venture capital or angel capital investment firms in NZ?

don't personally know what you need to find out but there is an nz expo in london 16-17 oct . there is a post about it in the main pages

Thanks for the suggestion, but we are in Australia and live in the United States. So it looks like we won't be making the seminar. Maybe we will find one in the US when we return but it looks like relatively few Americans come over to NZ so these seminars may be a bit more scarce. If anyone else has a suggestion of a good recruiter, that would be great.

I assume your husband belongs to at least one professional organization. There may be a similar NZ org (or an NZ chapter) that he can contact for information about recruiters in his field of specialty. Does he have contact with any Australian recruiters? They might be able to recommend NZ counterparts. And it seems likely that major business magazines (like National Business Review) would carry ads for executive recruiters.
