You also need the company to state the dates when you started and finished working for them (or 'to date'), the fact that the work was full time, and that you would not have been taken on, or been able to do this work, if you had not had the qualifications that you do have (in other words, it was a skilled job, using the skill you are proving to INZ).

From my understanding you should provide experience letter along with Job description. In the experience letter, they should state you complete name, Poistion, start date of employment, End date of employment, number o hous per week (Or at least mentioning that you workee as full time employee).

    Hi

In the absence of Manager, Is it ok to have this job description signed by Team Lead/Super visor? (directly reporting to)

Yes, there is no ONE person they look for to do this. It could be owner, manager, supervisor, HR department, etc. etc.. In the case of some people who worked for a company that is now no longer in existence, so they could not trace those in charge, people have got letters of evidence from a colleague who worked with them and was in a position to know what they did.

JandM,what about for companies that still exist? due to security reasons or should i say company policy, they wouldn't include the job description... only the role with start and end date of course including letter head. I was thinking I'll just request my Supervisor to have this signed then have it notarized.

A lot of people have submitted the letter that the company WILL willingly give them, and, to fill in the gaps in information that INZ need to have, they send another, extra, letter to cover that employment, from whomever is suitable and willing to do it - supervisor, line manager, colleague - who states formally that they work/worked with Mr X at ABC company, and that he does/did (whatever). INZ are not interested in rocking the boat for anyone, but have to check what the applicant says about their work with an outside source of information, so your extra letter-writer should give contact details in case INZ want to get in touch with them.

For my case, am currently in a different country. Hence would a scanned copy of the original that previous employers issue stating the necessary details, be fine with INZ.
or does it have to be an original copy with me.
