we are applying under the partnership catogary, offshore, no job offer.
1. 32 year old (25points)
2. master degree in europe (initially thought 60 points, but checked only 50 points counted).
3. working experience in tier 1 MNCs in Engineer, 6 years (australian qualification assesesement verified)(20points).
4. absolute shortage occupation qualification (10points)
5. absolute shortage occupation working experience 6 years (15points)
6. my partner, IELTS overall band 7, master degree in China, exempt from verification. (20points)
in total, 25+50+20+10+15+20=140points.

any double counting in 4) and 5) absolute shortage related parts?

My job is on the Long Term Skills List. and someone else told me i could get the points in both bullet 4 and 5.

As long as it is on the LTSSL and you meet the requirements at the places I mentioned above, you will be eligible for both lots of points.
