Is it advisable to Contact NZQA

Hi,
I have submitted IQA application for myself and my wife on 3rd August. By 20 August both applications status was changed to Evaluation.
As of today(12 September) my application is singedOff and Closed but wife application is still on Evaluation Phase.

I am suppose to submit ITA in first week of October. Is it worth contacting NZQA regarding my wife application or I should wait for another week. In my contact to NZQA I will request for fast processing of my wife's application.

Would be nice if someone can share his experience in contacting NZQA.

I did contact NZQA all the way till my assessment was done. They are a nice group of people. :-)
