    Default Work to Residence Visa - Processing Time

    All,

    I am a French citizen living in Texas, USA, and sent in my application for a Work to Residence Visa (Talent - Accredited Employer) to the Washington DC office yesterday.

    Does anyone know how long approx. does the application take to get processed and approved?

    It would not take long as your application will be in priority section to process. Usually it will take up 5 to 10 working days, it also depends on the Medical results. In my case, I have received my Visa in 5 days.
