    Default New Parent category

    Can anyone confirm if you are allowed to work if you are successful under the parent category. We will only be 50 and 55 years old and want to work for quite a few years but take the plunge to move while we are still young enough to enjoy the new country.

    Yes. When you apply under the parent category, you are applying for Residence. Once you have Residence, you have the right to work at anything (legal) offered, start a business, study, or do nothing.
