Default Partners Police clearance & IQA assessment

    Hello,

My wife is a co-applicant for my NZ residency application. We have claimed points for her education and close relation.
The ITA documents/Checklists i recevied from INZ states all the things required to be provided by me like my work experience,
educational certificates etc for the points claimed.

However, there is no mention of getting the police clearance and IQA assessment for my wife, she being a co-applicant.
Does it mean we do not need to do police clearance & IQA for her.

Thanks in advance for all inputs!

You will have to provide the things you mention for your wife as well.

    Hello,

Our case was similar to yours. Your spouse would certainly need the police clearance, just as you do. As for NZQA assessment, she would have to get that too if you are claiming bonus points for her qualifications. However, if her qualification is on the exempt list, she would only need to send in official transcripts and the original degree.
