New Plymouth house available for short term

We have a 3 bedroom house available for about 5 weeks, from 28 Nov to 7 January (possibly a little longer) we are in Spotswood which is close to the beaches, parks, mountain and town.

We are travelling back to the UK over this time so wont be around

Hi there, we are a professional working couple who have just sold our property in Picton, South Island. We are currently looking at moving to New Plymouth but are in need of a short term property to rent until we have found the right property to permanently live in. Could you please advise on your rental charge including total cost of moving in (bond ect).
