    I'm not techically minded....but using www.bestukvpn.com, it's a free VPN service, 2 mins set up.

    Just been watching match of the day on iplayer, works on itv player etc. etc. - and it's free! Bargain...

    Can't vouch for how reliable that free VPN service is (bandwidth is not cheap, so there is a catch somewhere), but I use Astrill.com VPN service to watch TV in US, UK (BBC iPlayer works), Germany, and NZ.
