hi there ,

my family and i are supposed to move down to rotorua end of next year, and since we dont have any family /friends i was wondering to do some reasearch on rotorua , things like areas to look into living and areas to avoid, i have two little gals and we would like to ask about schools too which one do excellent work out there. Just that we dont have much contacts there so please do let me know things to do and look outs for

Good areas to live - in general Lynmore, Springfield, Tihiotonga, Westbrook tend to be okay. Areas to avoid - Fordlands, Selwyn Heights, Western Heights, Owhata.

But there are good and bad in all areas. Try to rent somewhere for a while before making a decision if you're intending to buy.

Otonga School in Springfield is recommended by my colleagues with younger ones.
