    Default Hair dye in aircraft

Can you bring hair dyes such as manic panic in the aircraft? My relatives will visit here in NZ this december can they bring it here without hassle? Is it legal? Are they going to be fined by the authorities? I would appreciate any help and reply! Good day

I know some hair dye contains chemicals which are considered dangerous. This is something your relatives should probably check with their airline, and also with NZ customs, if you can get details of what chemicals are in the brands you're thinking of. http://www.customs.govt.nz/features/...s/default.aspx (The problem for hair dyes could be under hazardous substances - things that can oxidise.)

There are several hits here for Manic Panic available to buy in NZ. Wouldn't this solve the problem? http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&sugex...iw=818&bih=519
