Residence (partnership):Approved?

so i got an email from immigration telling me that my status had changed, i checked and it says residence approved (but theres no expiry date) the email says i will also get notification in the mail. I'm checking my mailbox everyday, how long should it take to send the mail? Assuming the next step will be to pay the migrant Levy and get a pretty blue sticker?

Sending - and delivering - mail during the sommer break takes quite a while!

Yes, you're right about paying the fee next, to get the visa in your passport. Even when it's NOT the holiday season, the letter in the mail can take even several weeks to arrive, so don't worry.

oh poos, theres a job that i was hoping to apply for but applications close 13th jan.

If you're hesitating because of the visa, you can tell them (and show a screen-shot) that you've been approved for Residence, surely?
