sibling evidence and points claim
Hi,
We have claimed points for my wife's sibling in our application. But , my partners parents are also applying for NZ residency soon.
I wanted to ask folks here, if they know of any clause which would affect our case of residency.
Any clause, which mentions such conflict will cause problems. Her parents are being sponsored by her sibling , but in our case we'r just claiming points for the sibling relation.

It shouldn't make any difference. As you say yourself, the sibling will sponsor the parents, not you. There would be a conflict only if they were trying to sponsor you as well, but this isn't the case. (There isn't even any longer any way in which adult siblings CAN sponsor.)
