1. 32 years old, male, Master degree in top ranking university, Major Finance, Professinal Certificates: CFA, FRM, CAIA.
2. Working experience: 3 year commodity market research; 2.5 year currency trading; 1year + bond portfolio manager.
3. IELTS score 7.
4. PR holder.
