PAR result

I got my PAR result. It says


"On the information available, the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) assesses this qualification as comparable to the learning outcome of a qualification at Level 7 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework."

Can I submit my EOI with this PAR result?

You can submitt your EOI with PAR result but once your EOI to be selected from Pool and you will recieve your ITA then again you need to assess your qualification from IQA if your degree/ qualification is not exempt

but how can i claim points because it is generic outcome

You can claim only 50 points as it is level 7. But you can not claim bonus points with currently resulted PAR. -May be- if you submit IQA with all supporting documents NZQA results change.

To claim points for qualification that is not on LQEA, a Preliminarily Assessment Result (PAR) evaluation by NZQA is sufficient at EOI stage.

Yes you can submitt your EOI with PAR result. But you need to have your IQA done, if your qualification is not excepted, before submitting your ITA if your EOI gets selected from the pool.
If you are unsure of your qualification Level, go for IQA to avoid any surprises at later stage.

Can we submit the full NZQA assessment and bypass the need for PAR during the EOI Stage? Was thinking of saving some cost

Yes, you can go straight to the IQA.
