They should have mentioned in the letter or email, else you look at the immigration website or drop them an email or give them a tinkle.

We were asked to send a Demand Draft - DD

It varies from branch to branch. I paid mine to London via credit card, which was easier for me (since I was in Canada when I applied). Good luck!
