Temp work visa

Hi all, we are in the process of submitting our ITA but have just learnt that the job offer my OH has wants her to start in April if not sooner, as I dont think it will be ready and returned in time, is it possible to get a temp work visa with a job offer on the LTSSL while the ITA is ongoing

I am surprised how your post has missed reply from other members. Without getting into specific details of your case, I can only say it is permitted to run two visa applications simultaneously. Many people on this forum have used temporary work visa to join the work temporarily (if the work qualifies for the temp work visa) pending decision on their residency application.
